Q? Are you an online store? Or do you have a shop that I can visit and see your products?

A. BOTH. Yes that's right, we try to offer you the best of both experiences. We are a real shop with real people. When you phone us a real human being will answer the telephone and help you. We have a really cool retail shop that keeps many of our listed items in store and physically in stock. It is however impossible to keep every item on our website in stock at all times. But, we generally can get any and all IT related items for you very quickly. Our website will state whether or not we have it in stock or can attimes give you an idea as to how long it would take to get it. Otherwise, you can give our team a call and we will be happy to help you.

Q? Is everything you sell on your website? What if I can’t find the product that I am looking for?

A. NO! - We do our best to keep a variety of products available in store and on our website. In most cases we have done some research and we often choose the product that fits our quality profile and price bracket in a specific range. BUT - We have access to all of the manufacturers and distribution channels and can generally source any IT related product for you at reasonable price points. If you do not see what you need, contact our team and they will do everything they can to find it for you and make sure you get the best possible deal.

Q? If I have problems with my products or if I need some technical help, are you able to assist me?

A. YES! - We can definitely help. We have a fantastic technical team that are able to assist. We have in store technician with a fully kitted workshop, and we have an on site technical team that currently service the greater Cape Town area. Our team are friendly and helpful. If you have problems with products or need help in any way, you can always pop into the store and we will gladly do what we can to assist you.

Q? If I receive a faulty item or I no longer need the item I bought, can I return it to you?

A. Yes. We have a fair return policy that can be viewed on our Terms And Conditions page. We treat every return instance uniquely and do our best to ensure that the client gets sorted out as quickly and smoothly as possible within the accepted warranty and credit procedures. Return policy is "Carry In". Goods must be returned to us at our physical store in Tokai, Cape Town for credit or replacement.

Q? Do you only sell computers or do you fix them as well?

A. We fix computers and laptops as well. We have a professional fully kitted workshop and a highly qualified technical team who are able to assist with technical support issues and hardware repairs. We offer in store technical services as well as offering on site support for home and business clients.
